I noticed some prongs in my diamond setting were very worn and Jack was able to build them up . He was very professional and my ring was done sooner than he had promised. He also replaced a watch battery while I was there to pick up my ring. Good service.

I brought my ring in to Jax 2 months ago to get it cut off due to swelling and this being our first summer in Arizona. I brought it in a week ago to get them resized and fixed. I’ve never dealt with swelling in my fingers like this so he helped me find the right size to account for the swelling. He had them done in a week and the shiniest I have seen them since we bought them 2 years ago! I highly recommend Jax. Jack was very kind and detail oriented. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!

My husband purchased a beautiful necklace set from JAX Jewelers, but the clap was so small I couldn't open or close it. I brought it in to JAX, and explained the problem I was having and Mr. Wilson found and ordered a magnetic clasp for it. The entire process took less than a week and he did a beautiful job, thank you Jack.
