Many thanks to both Jim & Alex for great customer service. I needed a battery in a small clock replaced and they were prompt and friendly with their service. Definitely recommend for your jewelry needs! This location was also very convenient!

Dominic was so kind and helpful to my elderly mother who needed her watches serviced. He didn't try to rush her even though she speaks a little more slowly nowadays. He took care of what she needed VERY well and treated her with such respect. Additionally, my husband has surprised me with some absolutely stunning and unique pieces from here, and they never disappoint! I'm so glad this jeweler that I know I can trust is basically in my backyard!
We were first-time, walk-in customers looking to get my watch band sized. Dominic was very informative and did great work! The guys there are welcoming to veterans.
