We purchased a Groupon for vent cleaning because it seemed like a great deal, and we’d never had our vents cleaned before. Let me just say—we’re so glad we did! With five kids, our vents were full of dust, crumbs, and who knows what else. The technician was fantastic. The job turned out to be much bigger (and dirtier) than expected, but he handled it with kindness, efficiency, and expertise. He started with an inspection, explained everything clearly, and gave us options without any pressure. On top of that, he discovered a leak in our furnace that we had no idea about. He fixed it on the spot, gave us realistic expectations, and shared helpful recommendations for future maintenance. This was hands down one of the most professional and courteous service experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re considering vent cleaning, don’t hesitate—highly recommend!
