Rick has a lot of experience and is very thorough with his work. Our foundation was not smooth or perfectly level so he took the extra steps to prepare the floor and make the tile job come out amazing. He is very organized and keeps his work area clean every day. He gladly answers any questions or concerns you have about the job and gives an honest and detailed answer. On top of his skills, Rick is really friendly person to be around which makes the process even smoother!
