Very nice people, but sub-par work. My ring had come apart & the dad was proud to let me know his son would be doing the repair. Unfortunately the solder ruined some of the details & was lacking on other points. My grandfather had originally sculpted this design, so it's pretty disappointing that it's been compromised.
I took my vintage Christian Dior piece to be cleaned. I specifically told him it was vintage, but he still put it in the cleaning machine. Afterward, he showed it to me—several stones were missing. He had to search for them, lost one permanently, and replaced it with a new one. Then he informed me another stone was loose, so he glued it. I could see him applying way too much pressure. Now, the necklace looks completely different the stones don’t match what it was originally. When I pointed this out, he rudely said, *‘What do you want me to do about it? If you want a new chain, that’s not happening.’* Why would I want a new chain? This is a *vintage* piece! His carelessness ruined it, and now my day is ruined too
I had the pleasure of meeting Ralph and his sons Ralph Jr and Anthony! I have my son's precious watch that he was given during a military deployment. The leather watch strap has started to delaminate. It is also a watch from a company that I couldn't find any information on. Ralph and Ralph Jr stood for 30 minutes with me, as they searched catalogs and the Internet for any information about this prized watch and the watchmaker. Amazingly, nothing was found! This watch is puzzling! Ralph Sr said he would spend the next day researching to see what he could find. I think he took this as a personal challenge!! What a guy!! I 100% recommend this business, Ralph and his sons, true professionals! By the way, Ralph and his sons are 3rd and 4th generation watchmakers and ROLEX trained and certified!!
You're very nice and honest family business. They have compassion they do excellent work. They have beautiful items for sale. They're just all around a beautiful family. I just had my diamond necklace fixed. Great price and the most important thing is they're honest I go there all the time and I won't stop you'll enjoy it swing by and say hi
Great family owned jewelery shop. From looks only, you would think just a mall kiosk that does some basic repair stuff, but you would be wrong. Ralph is second generation and he has his boys learning the trade now. These guys are "jewelers", a different level than what you get at all the corporate stores all over. My wife has a custom band from almost 20 years ago and her diamond came out. For a small fraction over what I would have paid for a basic repair at the corporate stores, Ralph put on an extra strong new base for the diamond and then retro-fitted a customer halo of new small diamonds around the original. Looks great!!!!
