The staff is very knowledgeable about computers, cables, cords. Will helped me find adapters for 30 year old hard drives to access old files. He was patient, listened to my needs, checked the drive, and led me to a place to get the required equipment. Many thanks for your assistance - again!
I just want to say how both Will and Nick work great together. Very nice courteous and intelligent gentlemen. I shattered my iPhone screen and Will replaced it when he came across some software issues (fault of my own). He spent hours making sure I got my phone back with 0 issues and I couldn’t be more pleased with his determination. All of the issues were resolved and I owe it thanks to the crew this business has working there!
Apple insane prices aside, the guys here are professional and wonderful to work with. I had a display issue with my MacBook Pro and they did a diagnostic and price break down for $60. Once we figured out the problem they fixed it within 2 days. I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and workmanship. Just know The price of Apple parts has to do with Apple, not these guys. And Apple prices everything high.
