I took my phone to Mohammad after I broke it and my screen stopped working. He was kind, efficient, and very professional throughout the entire process. There is also a one-month warranty on services, which adds a level of protection that I really appreciate. He was quick to respond and provided support whenever I had questions. I definitely recommend iFixandRepair for anyone needing phone repairs.
I went here yesterday and received great service! Specially from Mohammad! He provided quick and efficient service! He even offered me a couple different price options. This place also gives you a year warranty on your fixed device for free! Very professional and very quick too! By the time you’ve looked around walmart for a little bit he’s already got it done! Had my whole screen replaced! Thank you Mohammad!
Earlier today, November 4, 2025, my daughter went to this establishment to get her battery fixed/replaced on her phone. The employee there who called himself "TJ" mentioned that her phone was cracked (upsell tactic) and offered to fix it. She specifically told the employee that she didn't want the back of her phone fixed, just her battery replaced. The employee took the phone and told her it would be about an hour to replace so she left and came back when it was ready. She discovered the back of the phone was replaced and the battery remained. She complained that she did not ask for this service and requested her initial service. To her dismay the employee informed her there would be an extra charge for the service of her initial request and would only offer a discount for his mistake. He admitted his mistake but still had the gall to charge her. This is unacceptable that she received and paid for a service she specifically said she did not want. She has been scammed and everyone needs to know what type of business they may deal with when going to this establishment. A picture of the employee who provided this disservice is in this review. BE WARY DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
