EDIT: I was contacted by management and the nature of the miscommunication was explained. I was refunded my fee and offered further services. Dropped my tablet off to be diagnosed. U was twice told that UPS delayed parts for the tablet. Then when I went to pick it up they said the parts were wrong and could not tell me what was wrong with my device but refused to give me my money back. I’m not entirely sure it’s not an actual brick and mortar scam.

After being told by uBreakiFix (Samsung’s recommended repair partner) that my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 was not repairable, I decided to get a second opinion. The inner screen developed an OLED bleed and eventually went completely black, while the outer screen remained functional. I first visited another local repair shop, but they told me they didn’t have the proper tools to work on this model. I also called a third separate store and was told the same thing. At that point, I was starting to think the phone might truly be beyond repair. Then I brought it to Phone Repair By Cellfixx, and they successfully replaced the inner OLED screen. I dropped the phone off on the evening of February 20th, 2026, and had it back in working condition by the evening of February 25th, 2026. Considering the complexity of foldable screen repairs and the fact that many shops won’t even attempt them, I felt the turnaround time was very reasonable. The repair was completed properly, and the phone works perfectly. I’m typing this review on it now. They clearly have the tools, experience, and technical ability to handle more advanced devices like the Z Flip. After multiple places declined the job or said it couldn’t be fixed at all, this shop delivered. If you have a foldable phone or a repair that other stores are hesitant to take on, I highly recommend giving them a try.
