I highly recommend Nick! He was awesome and very transparent about all the work he did. I went in with a PlayStation 5 problem ( my system was turning off in the middle of a game ). He recommended a cleaning which while doing so he noticed the problem and fixed it the same day! Seriously a hidden gem, even has some classic systems and games for sale!

After taking my PC back from a bad communicative repair person (Alan's One stop repair shop, never going back there again) I decided to Go to a more professional person. I read some bad reviews about my local Best buy and besides them being pricey, they weren't as good. That's when I went to Nick and he sounded like he really knew what he was doing. He was very communicative and respectful. He brought all my gear back and was working despite a bad back. It took a bit bc of the holidays and I messed up my PC and he had lots of orders but it was worth the wait. Thank you Nick!
Had an PS5 that was dusty and HDMI was broken 😢. However upon finding out about tech branch it was an easy process from that point on. The tech was friendly fast and informative and even did extra work and did not charge me for it. After service was done he gave me tips for avoiding further damage super polite and helpful. Safe to say I will be coming here first if I have any other tech issues.
Would highly recommend this place for all your electronic needs. I brought my PS3 because it was overheating and after Nick did his magic, my console could now last hours without it overheating. Before I brought it here it would heat up not even an hour into using it and reach up to 180F-200F which is really bad and after taking it in it now stays at 120F-150F which is the normal temperatures for the console. I will definitely come here again if I ever need anything fixed or cleaned.
