My first visit to Phelan Dermatology. The VA set my appointment for me. Receptionist was pleasant and my appointment time was observed. The Doctor was knowledgeable and polite. He explained what needed to be done and always asking if everything was all right and no pain. I will need to come back after a biopsy is completed. A great place to get treatment.
I had an appt for the first time with a dermatologist today at Phelan Dermatology. I saw Dr. Jeremy Light and was very pleased. He was professional yet friendly. He was able to clearly explain the issue I am having. The staff were friendly and the office itself was very clean and comfortable. I did not have to wait long to be seen which was also great! I recommend Dr. Light and Phelan Dermatology.
Only reason I did not give Dr Phelan a 5 star is because I never give anyone a perfect score. I don’t think anyone is perfect. I have been going to Dr Phelan since day one he came to Joplin. I hope I never have to look for another dermatologist! He listens, spends time and explains any questions you may have. Thank you Dr for your excellent service!
I have never had such a wonderful experience. From the quick response of the referral to the nearly instant appointment date. The intelligent conversations to discuss symptoms, treatments and best practices was very detailed. I never felt rushed. The personalized patient care, especially in relation to quick medical responses, was so very much appreciated. Dr. Phelan’s bedside-manner and the specialized and personalize attention by Monica was nothing less than spectacular. Run, don’t walk, to Phelan Dermatology! You will not be disappointed!
I walked into the office ready to have cancer removed by people I never met before. I walked in and was met by folks that were happy to see me. I was instantly comfortable. Nice people. Place was spic and span. I need to say, the staff and doctor was efficient in explaining every detail of my procedure prior to beginning. This facility and all the staff create a successful joy at every turn. Thank you all for what you do, keeping the community with healthy skin.
