I accidentally dropped and damaged the external hard drive that contained some extremely important files. Understanding the urgency of my situation, Greg was super responsive and quick to recommend I send it to a clean room for an attempt at recovery; he dropped everything he was doing and shipped it out the same day. It just so happened that, very unluckily, my case was unlike any the engineers at the data recovery center, or Greg, had seen in decades. It was a long and arduous process, but eventually, almost all of my files were recovered, and I could finally move on with life. Greg made some big sacrifices for me, and he was always there to answer my questions whenever I texted or called. I phoned around a little bit the day the I dropped my hard drive to see where I could get the best deal, and I chose to go with Greg because when I spoke with him on the phone it seemed like he cared. My experience with Greg was above and beyond. He went as far as to email me the links of his reputable articles and kept me very informed during the whole process of him fixing my computer. Even after he had fixed my computer he continued to give me helpful advice and answer other questions I had. I told him that I was on a time crunch and money crunch. He managed to get my repair done in two days and way very flexible with his pricing. He was incredibly accommodating and extremely friendly.
