Brought in a laptop for diagnosis. I was not informed of a $40 assessment fee upfront during the phone call and was only shown the fee afterward via a website screenshot. When I questioned the charge, the communication became unprofessional, including multiple unsolicited texts. The laptop was ultimately returned without charge. I strongly recommend confirming all pricing clearly before dropping off a device.
What can I say...that hasn't already been said? My 10 year old custom desk top computer needed an upgrade to Windows 11. Benn is quite knowledgeable, takes the time to explain his solutions, easy to communicate with, price was VERY reasonable, and the turnaround time was unbelievable. Benn is now on my speed dial list and will be recommended to friends. The drive down from Cedar Rapids was well worth it. Check him out!! Read his other reviews.
An absolute pleasure to work with. Benn was easy to get a hold of, and he completed the work requested within a day. The quality of the work was superb. Price was fair and gave multiple options for payment. I will for sure be calling on Benn again for future needs.
If you have computer issues, go to Benn. My PC went blue screen of death on me, and Benn was able to identify the issue (unreadable drive) install windows 11 on a better drive than the one I had currently, and get it back to me in less than 48 hours. Prices are more than reasonable as well.
He is very professional, smart and give a quality service, he is very nice, take good care of clients. He also sell me a computer and that computer works very well and I am so happy, he is the best. I recommended him to everyone, he is very good .
