I will ONLY use Paul & his team from now on. He was able to clean the internal computer, run diagnostics on ALL of my systems and help me learn how to maintain the health and well-being of my device, long-term. They truly care about supporting their clients, so much so that I am bringing in all of my family's devices now too.
