Called and said I had a bmw and was immediately interrupted saying I dont work on ANY foreign cars, so I proceed to say i think I may be a groubd strap and wanted his thoughts on what it might be since hes the "electrical issue guy" but was rudely told he doesnt work on bmws and hung up
This was literally 23 years ago. If not more, this repair shop came in clutch. I bought an as-is car that would drive for a few miles, then stop. No one knew what was wrong, including the dealer. I even had to sue Firestone because they sold me a dead battery. Brought my new-to-me car here, and they installed a brand new for like $70. The car that was only meant to last a few months lasted for about 8 years. These are the serendipitous moments that helped me tremendously. That car was critical in me graduating osu-mansfield, in 2005.
I'll change this posting and give them a better rating. I had my car in and they said my wires were good. They said need a new ecm and I got a new ecm and had it replaced and the car still has the same issue!. I called them and they said take it to a dealer!. I said well it's been done what you said to do and it's not going there! They called me back and said they will look at it again! If they fix this problem I will give them another try at it!. #### Fixed it! Now I I wasn't happy I bought a new ecm wasn't the problem it was a bad plug on the ecm! Thank you. Back on the road running . #### REMOTE START NOT WORKING ###!!!
Took a truck to have the wiring redone. They charged me $80 inspection fee then charged me $212 to fix the bright switch for the headlights ($20 switch) and never even looked at the electrical system. Would never recommend this shop to anyone. They rip you off by not doing the work they are hired for and completely overcharge you. $292 for a dimmer switch on a 78 dodge. Horrible.
