Infinity Performance Heating and Cooling

My experience with infinity performance heating and cooling has been such a whirlwind! The owner Arturo came to my building and fixed my thermostat no problem and it was fine. A couple of months later, it wasn’t working and he sent a couple of his guys out to help work on the roof. The issue that I was having was the tremendous lack of communication on their part. Nobody from the roof came down to express to me what they were doing, what they were changing and how much it was going to be. At the end of the service when they told me how much it cost, I was still in the dark on why it was so much because that wasn’t the original price that I was told. When I decided to go ahead and just pay the money to get the part, there was more lack of communication on trying to schedule when they could come back to fix it. First, they told me that they were waiting for another business so I could possibly use their parts, they arrived at my business without letting me know they were on the way therefore I wasn’t there and they had to wait -more lack of communication! They then told me that they were going to see if the part was going to work in my unit and I didn’t hear from them until two or three days and even then I had to reach out to them! Now my thermostat is not working, even though it got put in 3 months ago and when I called they told me they weren’t gonna come look at it letting me know that they have a three month warranty, which they never told me! More lack of communication! This company has so much lack of communication. It’s ridiculous! Arturo did try to make it right by refunding me my payment for the part on the roof however, the communication is crazy! I do appreciate him refunding me, but I think they just need to work on their communication.
