0 stars. I worked directly with the owner, Chad Crawford, disastrous experience. Based on my interaction, I would not trust what he says. Unfortunately, there is a clear lack of integrity behind the façade. I also urge people to look closely at the reviews — many of the positive ones appear to come from friends or family rather than real customers. I recommend looking elsewhere for your restoration needs.
Chad the owner was so professional and nice, I thought I had to pay completely out of pocket and my insurance ended up paying for everything. He helped with all the process! And also his crew were nice and responsible. I recommend it 100%
