he did the work quickly and with words and language that a non computer person could understand. most grateful for his work. it was done before best buys geek squad would even allow me to schedule a drop off. you cannot schedule a computer problem, if geek is that unhelpful. i guess i will always go to the one that does the work and doesn't require a 3 day wait to just drop a computer off
Amazing service! This business gave me accurate estimates on costs over the phone (prices are great for their amazing work), they fixed my screen in a timely manner, and the people working here are great people! They were extremely kind and upfront about costs, and how long it would take to get my ipad fixed.
I was really perplexed by a problem that was preventing me from booting up my gaming pc following a faulty windows update. Took it in and Steve was able to get my sorted out for a reasonable price. What was really great was the down to earth customer service that made it feel like you were actually being looked out for.
