I would definitely recommend Indy Water Heater Pros. Bill got back to me in a timely manor and was willing to give me a very fair quote over the phone. Other companies said they had to come out to see it first to quote. He came out the same day and did great work! Thank you Bill!
I needed to replace an old water heater that had started to leak. I called around a few places and got some quotes but none were even close to the quote I had received from Bill. Communications were prompt, service was professional and I’m completely grateful that I was able to get all this taken care of at an unbeatable price. Bill and his son are extremely professional. My water heater went out, I found his business on Google being I already received a quote & his won me over immediately. He provided his expert recommendation for a replacement, picked it up, installed it, removed the old one and was so quick. He even tested for gas leaks and made carbon monoxide detector recommendations for before leaving. Shop small, I highly recommend his services. I now have a plumber for life, super grateful being a first time home owner! Thank you for everything.
