Every one from Brian the estimate guy to Devon the head of the workers crew were great. They even fixed my furnace drain they found was leaking, which wasn't on the original proposal. I don't normally do reviews but wanted to recommended them. We got 3 estimates and felt the most comfortable with Indiana Crawlspace Repair and don't have any regrets. We had very high humidity leading to mold and mildew so I got a dehumidifier but it was running a lot. Indiana Crawl Space Repair recommended block weep holes, drain tile and encapsulation and did a great job installing that plus a second sump pump and new easier entry. We are very pleased with the work of Christian and crew and now can even store some Christmas decorations down there.
