Cassady Electric, LLC

My experience is so extraordinarily positive that I feel I must clarify that I do not have any friends or relatives who own or work for Cassady Electric. I live in Terre Haute. I needed CE to install porch lights. They did an excellent job. I then asked if they could look at the light bulbs in my garage door opener because they weren't working. In order to investigate why the light bulbs weren't working, the electrician had to unplug the garage door opener. When he plugged it back in, he heard a pop. The garage door opener would then not work at all. The electrician tried, for quite a while, to make it work again without success. I told him that it was not his fault, because it wasn't. Nevertheless, CE insisted on paying $600 (+tax?) for the installation of a new brand name garage door opener. I asked what I owed for all of the time they spent at my house. The answer: nothing, because of the inconvenience to you.

Lost power last night so I called a couple of electrical companies. All said they were booked but could accommodate me tomorrow (Sat.) but it would be a weekend emergency rate. I then contacted Cassidy Electrical who immediately said they were confident they could work me in today's schedule. I mentioned that I was expecting out -of -state company. They called back within 10 minutes and said they were pulling someone from another job to asses the situation. Twenty minutes later, Bob and Ryan were at my door. They were both extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Problem solved in 20 minutes! Take my advice and call Cassidy first.
