Bell's Vacuum and Appliance

We were gifted a Riccar from a family member and it is our first time owning a non “disposable” vacuum. It was running extremely loud so we brought it in to see what the damage was. We were expecting $100-200 and a couple days minimum to fix and tune up. They were so nice, and immediately identified and fixed the problem for $50 and got it back to us same day. Needless to say, we are thrilled and hope to continue to service our new favorite appliance with them for a while.

Yes, that says 1 star but if I were able to do so I would give 0 stars. Check out my reviews and you will realize that it is not normal for me to give this kind of review. Hopefully it will be the last review of this nature.. I took my carpet extraction machine to the this business for repair. I was told that they could work on this machine. Several months went by until I called them about the machine. I was told the owner would contact me. He never did. I then called a couple months later only to hear the same thing. Great local business! I needed a vacuum belt today, which is hard to find at the big box stores. They seem to only sell belts that DON'T fit the vacuums they sell.....anyway, they helped me find the one I needed for quite a bit less $ than anywhere else I saw them for sale. Very nice & helpful!
