Great local business! I needed a vacuum belt today, which is hard to find at the big box stores. They seem to only sell belts that DON'T fit the vacuums they sell.....anyway, they helped me find the one I needed for quite a bit less $ than anywhere else I saw them for sale. Very nice & helpful!
We were gifted a Riccar from a family member and it is our first time owning a non “disposable” vacuum. It was running extremely loud so we brought it in to see what the damage was. We were expecting $100-200 and a couple days minimum to fix and tune up. They were so nice, and immediately identified and fixed the problem for $50 and got it back to us same day. Needless to say, we are thrilled and hope to continue to service our new favorite appliance with them for a while.
We had such a good experience finding a new vacuum at Bell's. They helped us find the right model for our floor type and budget, and the customer service was super fast and helpful when we eventually needed a repair (which ended up being covered by our warranty and was free!). I love that they're a local, family-owned business, and their appliances are really high-quality.
Yes, that says 1 star but if I were able to do so I would give 0 stars. Check out my reviews and you will realize that it is not normal for me to give this kind of review. Hopefully it will be the last review of this nature.. I took my carpet extraction machine to the this business for repair. I was told that they could work on this machine. Several months went by until I called them about the machine. I was told the owner would contact me. He never did. I then called a couple months later only to hear the same thing. The young lady assured me that he would call me and that she would make this a priority. I called again, to be told that he had to order a special tool, that they had received it that day, and that he would soon try to fix the machine. Another couple of months passed so I went to the business. The young lady let me know that he had ordered a special tool and that he would be working on it and that she would make sure that he called me. I explained to her that she had already given this explanation to me a couple of months back. She assured me he would call. He did not. So as of today, I went and picked up the machine, (still not fixed), and talked to the owner. He explained that parts were not able to be ordered, that he was working on his jeep with the special tool, and that now he would be able to get it fixed. I declined and took the machine to a business in Indianapolis. By the time I had returned to Nashville from Indy, I received a phone call from the business in Indianapolis. They told me it was fixed and I could pick it up tomorrow. I literally just wasted a year listening to a business give poor excuses as well as demonstrate the poorest customer service experience ever.
I can't say enough positive things about my several experiences here. I've had vacuums serviced here, and bought 2 vacuums. I've always experienced respect and professionalism, never had pushy or "hard sell" people. Always felt my best interest was there priority. Thanks so much to Bell's Vacuum and Appliance!! Highly recommend this store.
