They’ve installed a very beautiful product and from start to finish all I can say is I’m overly impressed. Merlin and his workers have been prompt, professional and courteous. They have exceeded my expectations.

One of the springs on my garage door broke last night. I called a couple places this morning that were busy or went straight to voicemail, but this place answered the phone and had a guy out shortly after, and my garage door was working again before noon. He said he lubricated the door for me as well. Both people I interacted with were very friendly, and the price seemed reasonable ($300 total to replace both springs), especially since I don't live in the same town. I also appreciated that they told me the price up front on the phone without me asking.

Came within 2 hours of setting up a service call and stayed after hours (even when I told him he didn’t have to) for 2 days and got my door fixed. Extremely friendly and professional, I definitely won’t be using anybody else until I move out of his service territory.
