Garage door came off track. I called Rock River Door and received service within 2 hours. Matt W. Was very professional, fixed the problem easily, he took time to explain the repair, and offered tips to keep things going smoothly. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Would definitely call again if needed and recommend to friends.

Eric Clutter, our salesman and installer is very pleasant and trustworthy! The process was straightforward and seamless. Pricing was very fair and affordable! I handled it for my mother because as a single woman in her 60’s she can easily be taken advantage of by salespeople. Eric treated her like his own mother and she felt very comfortable with him being at her house alone. Highly recommended, I will always refer and use this company!

Had to have garage opener replaced installed the Sommer eco+ Intelligent opener with direct drive technology this opener is so quiet goes up and down so smooth. I love it Matt Waterhouse did a great job installing this door. thank you, Eric clutter for introducing this opener to us and your teammate. You guys did an awesome job.
