Wow! David was great, he not only fixed the issue with the torsion spring, but also alerted us to other issues that could be potentially problems in the near future, David fixed those too. I would definitely highly recommend this company based on how David tasted our issue. Great Job!
My husband primarily spoke with David. We both found David to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He came initially to do a repair and explained our need for a new door and hardware. The door was installed by two other techs (since David wasn’t feeling well) and David came back to do some finishing touches. He was equally professional and friendly at his 2nd visit. We would recommended David to assist with your garage door repairs and installs.
Quentin did our original install of our garage door he was very helpful in helping us learn all about our new door I recommend anyone looking for a new garage door to look at Overhead door company. I called them to come and fix my garage door and they said they would be here at 12:30. They showed up shortly after 12 and very professional and prepared. I would recommend them in a minute. I have used them over the years and when they say they will show up they always do and their prices are very very reasonable. Aaron did a great job today.
