Fast, friendly service and very knowledgeable. He repaired my issue quickly and clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because he stated that he does not warranty his work. That’s a bit of a downer, especially considering how much you pay upfront. It would definitely provide more peace of mind if the work was guaranteed. Overall, solid service and expertise — just wish there was a warranty to back it up.

My iPhone would not charge but still displayed the low-battery screen. I was charged $80 for a screen repair after being told the screen backlight was the issue. When I picked up the phone, it showed a small charge, but once I got home and tried charging it with a brand-new Apple charger, it still would not charge. I later confirmed the real issue was the battery, not the screen. I paid for a repair that did not fix the problem due to an incorrect diagnosis from them. When I went back to the shop, I told them my phone would not charge. He cleaned out my phone charger port and my phone was finally able to charge. However, the worker still tried to claim the issued was my screen light and did not admit to his scam.

Don't go here !! Guy is a scam artist. I came in a few months ago He Charges 30$ for the same exact phone case that Amazon charges 15$ for. I came in to get a new screen protector and he puts a new one on thats crooked and that has air bubbles on the screen I hand it back to fix and wants to charge me again to replace it, also when I hand him my phone he wants me to unlock it and when he hands it back it's in my about phone settings. This dude is shady stay away !! I did report him to the BBB.
