Horrible service!!! STAY AWAY! Took my phone to west ashley location and after 2 days screen stopped working and home button fell off. Asked the guy who fixed my phone said his name was “Steven” to fix the issue or issue me a refund and he immediately kicked me off the premises and said I threatened him by asking for my money back. Horrible guy who’s just money hungry. Said I had to pay again for the issue to be resolved over 100$.

My son took his iPhone here to repaid his screen. Within a couple weeks, both screens fell out. He took it back and they wanted to charge him over $100 to fix a problem they created. Be careful about taking your iPhone here.
