I fixed my iphone today and the guy replaced my phone speaker. It sounds way better. He had to open my phone twice and clean it to make sure it sounds the best. Truly appreciated.
If you need to get a new phone or are on a budget but would still like something nice this is the place. They have all kinds of deals on new and used devices. They also repair phones if you would rather go that route too. Want to switch to a different carrier? They can help with that too. Staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommend. In this economy it’s hard to find places that can give you the best bank for your buck. Glad I found it.
They might be good at selling phones but they're awful at fixing them. I went in to get a screen replacement for my phone. They said they'd do it and that their service was cheap. They even sent me to compare with the competition. What they didnt say was that their quality for parts was bad. Now im stuck with a screen that each time I touch it leaves dark marks over it and that sometimes doesn't work at all. I took it back in for their "guarantee" they told me they couldn't do anything because it was MY FAULT for choosing low quality parts. I didnt choose anything. They never told me what quality they'd use or if I wanted a better one (same quality as original). Dont trust these guys. Their low quality work is not worth it. I would have had better luck going to batteries plus instead of having to spend double because of their scam Edit: Now they replied to my review by saying they offered me a FREE screen. That is a lie. They were charging me extra if I wanted to get a screen update. Of course I didnt want to pay them again to have them screw up again. They were charging me more than double what I originally paid them to get a replacement because of their mistake. Not only is their work low quality but they are liars too just to not admit they made a mistake. Blaming the customer for their mistakes is something that shouldn't be done
