Went in for an easy fix to the microphone, and they damaged my other microphone. Went in for a fix on that damage, waited a month, they returned my phone and failed to fix anything. I should probably stop wasting my time with this company, but I would like to be restored to a fully functional phone. At this point, I cannot recommend this company in any regard.

Excellent experience for walk-in phone repair! The technicians were friendly, took care of my issues right away, and offered tips for long-term phone care. The store has a good selection of cases, screen protectors, and other accessories. Next time I need a phone I will buy one of their high quality refurbished iPhones. Thanks for the help, Bad Apple!
