We went in for a refrigerator and stove and left with the refrigerator, stove, chest freezer and a dirt devil for less than any other place with in 50 miles. Cinthya and her husband saved us over a thousand dollars. Thank you very much for your great service. They are going to deliver it as well.

Bought a mower 90 same as cash. Was absolutely not same as cash. Paid for it in 60 days cost me approximately 50% more than cash price. Be aware if you finance something with them.

To say our experience with H&S was wonderful is such an understatement! We live in Kentucky. On our way to orange beach we stopped by the store in Cullman after seeing a stove listed on FB. While there they were super nice and very helpful but the real one that went above and beyond is a girl named Cynthia. After loving the stove and the price we called back to see if they still had it after we got home. Cynthia sent pictures i requested, answered questions i had as well as double checking warranty etc . My husband drove back there to get the stove. Cynthia had everything ready for him. I cannot say enough good about her and how much we appreciate her hard work making it all work for us!!! She was such a blessing!! Very few people would make a sale work 2 states away!!

I recently purchased a washer and dryer, along with a refrigerator from H&S. We paid a $250 delivery charge and was told this included installation and delivery. After delivery, I noticed that the water line was not hooked up to the refrigerator. I called and was informed that since they were "scratch & dent", (first I had heard of that) water hookup was not included. And that manuals weren't included. And when we pulled the refrigerator from the wall, we discovered water dripping from the refrigerator water line, which indicated the fridge was used. And not new as we were told. After we committed to H&S, I found the exact fridge for $100 less and that all installation and delivery was free. Since we'd committed to H&S, I didn't cancel the order. Hindsight is always 20/20. I should've canceled the order.
