HS Appliance Outlet – the prices are great, the staff are very helpful and not pushy. I was out of town when our washer quit, my wife called about a particular brand but they were out. The staff recommended other stores that might have that brand. We decided to send my son to the store to see what else they had. He had a great experience with the staff. They didn't try to steer him to a more expensive washer and they even gave is a discount because the unit we chose had a small dent. Great place to shop for appliances.

Tuesday afternoon I dropped a vase from the cupboard above our washer. Well it went straight through the lid and shattered the glass top. I called an appliance repairman and after checking he let us know LG doesn’t make the part anymore. He did find a used one on Amazon but after the cost of the part and the labor to install and clean all the glass out of the drum he felt it was better to buy a new one. He suggested we check out H and S so I called and talked to Desiree and she said sometimes they can deliver the same day or the next if we find what we like.
