We are so happy with our house, thanks to Homeworks! Communication was always clear, every person on the team was dedicated to make this a quality experience for us. We were even impressed by the subcontractors, which showed us that Homeworks cares about who they work with. Our selections specialist, initial project manager and architect were so patient, kind and understanding as we made initial changes. Our construction project manager stayed in touch and met with us regularly, our master carpenter was amazing, and the whole team made us feel valued. The quality of workmanship was excellent, down to fine details. If there were changes that had to be made, the team worked with us to make it happen as quickly and efficiently as possible. Working with Heather, also, was icing on the cake. She made sure we were happy with the project at all phases. Homeworks stayed to the timeline and got us back into the house as soon as possible. I had a bathroom addition added on to my house that is almost 100 years old. It is always a challenge to find a contractor that listens to what you want and gives good advice on how to make the end results even better. Even more importantly a contractor that is responsive and communicates often and effectively. I knew when and what time the workers would be there each day and what they would be doing. The sight was cleaned up before they left each day. There were some delays along the way but only because of supply chain issues which I was told about upfront. The people of Homeworks were a pleasure to work with, from the sales person to the project manager to the workers. Making any updates to your home is tough but Homeworks made it far less stressful! I would recommend Homeworks to anyone, no matter how small or large the project is!!!
