We recently experienced water damage to our Ohia wood flooring, which extends through multiple rooms of our house. We explored our options re who to hire to perform the restoration and were fortunate to find Flooring Specialists (owned by Chris). After he inspected the damage, and providing us with a number of accessible references, we were convinced that we should hire his company. We have absolutely no regrets re the decision. His estimate was very reasonable and competitive, and he stuck to it. His crew was professional, neat, conscientious, respectful and friendly (as was Chris). They were prompt, communicated well, reliable and willing to go above and beyond. The result was a beautiful restoration, so attractive that it was a shame to have to cover any of it with furniture. Our floor looks new, and better than it has ever looked since we purchased our house almost 30 years ago.
