It was a pleasure working with George Smith, the estimator. He arrived as scheduled, was easy to talk to, and provided options to get the job done within my budget. I was especially impressed with the work crew of 3 really hard working guys, led by Jimmy (the foreman). They completed the job in 4 days, between the hours of 8am to 4:30 or 5pm everyday. They were very well mannered, no unnecessary behavior, just diligently doing their job, almost robotic-like -- each person knowing just what to do without being told. Before leaving for the day, they made sure the walkways were clear of any obstructions. On the final day before leaving, they pointed out everything they did as agreed upon in the proposal, and I was very satisfied with their workmanship and cleanliness they left behind. Structural Systems should be very proud and lucky to have these team of men working for them. They are true team players who take pride in what they do. If you need to re-level your house, call Structural Systems and request for George Smith (the estimator) and Jimmy (the foreman) and his crew to do your project -- you won't be sorry. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the masonry repairs that Foundation Systems just completed on our home. The crew was very professional, and everyone was very nice to deal with...the supervisor, Wilber, gave on-going feedback on progress. Foundation Systems Hawaii is truly deserving to be rated a 5-star plus Contractor. From beginning to end they've been extremely responsive, polite, patient, and responsible. Working with their Sales/Project Manager (Brunna) and onsite construction crew (Jimmy - Foreman, Tony, and Wilbur) has been a very pleasant experience. They were very knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to explain in detail what needed to be done and why. Throughout the entire process, their main focus was to ensure I was completely satisfied. The attitudes of the entire construction team was always positive, friendly, and filled with a sense of pride in completing the work the right way. They were very detailed in every aspect of their work and their team chemistry is second to none. Everyone knew exactly what needed to be done. They all treated me with the highest respect and made me feel as if I was a part of their family. Maintaining a clean and safe site was also high on their priority list. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product and would highly recommend them.
