I went to home base this morning to buy a stick of abs. I asked if they sold it by the foot they said no. Fair enough I said I'll take the whole stick can you please cut it in half so that I can put it in my car. Five employees at the front counter all looked at me like I was an alien and said no we can't help you we don't do that. What do you mean you can't cut a piece of ABS at a hardware store? My suggestion to the owner of this business is to fire all of those people because you just lost business. My suggestion to folks in Laramie is to go to your local hometown true value where they will be more than happy to accommodate your building needs. Not only did these people not provide me with customer service they wasted a half an hour of my time this morning and wasted their employers money doing nothing but staring at me.

Would like to give a huge shout out to Cameron, AJ and Aubrey, in your Laramie store. As someone that has been in customer service for 40 years, and helping to write and implement customer Service SOP these folks are exceptional. It's very rare to find staff that really cares. My experience was a few months ago and as a rancher don't get into town much but Home Base is our first stop! Keep up the great work and please give these three a high 5!
