Rasmussen Jewelers was the absolute best company to work with. They were patient, accommodating, helpful and creative. My fiancé and I got multiple custom pieces, Annetta was instrumental in creating a smooth process. 11/10 highly recommend, will be using again!!
Rasmussen has wonderful customer service & works in a very timely manner. I have taken in multiple pieces of jewelry and they have kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Rasmussen, and manager Nick if you want your jewelry handled with care and precision.
I took my ring in for 2 stone replacements and ended up opting into having them re tip all the prongs with a finish and polish as well. Austin did a great job telling me about my options and ensured me they would take great care of my ring. They did a FANTASTIC job. My ring looks brand new and probably better than it did 7.5 years ago when I first got it.
