Martee is the name of the lady that helped me. She did excellent! She knew exactly how to help me, as I have no clue with jewelry. She walked me through the entire process answering all the dumb questions I had. What I liked most, is that she genuinely got excited for the recipient of the jewelry. Totally invested! And at a fair price, I will be going back for all jewelry purchases.

Took my ring in to have some prongs repaired. I have had my ring for over 10 years and this was the first time I’ve had any major work completed on it. Rasmussen Jewelers took it, repaired the prongs and refinished it. It’s gorgeous! This ring was my 10 year anniversary ring and now going into our 20 years of marriage she looks as amazing as the day I received it. It’s gorgeous! Thank you Rasmussen Jewelers for the amazing work completed on my ring.

I am super happy with the customer service i received from Robert!! He was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my jewelry! I dropped off my birthday ring on Tuesday and received it back on Thursday with perfect fit and gorgeous!! Thank you Robert and the nice gentlemen who sized and cleaned it for me!!! Will definantly be a return customer!! Very very happy!!! The pictures don't do this ring justice!! Its gorgeous!!
