Wanted to support local small business. Ed came out 7 times over 5 months and couldn't repair my icemaker. Finally gave up. Told me he'd hook me up with the local frigidaire people to call. Never heard back from him w a simple ph. number. 5 mos. no ice. $250 wasted. (he needs to replace his grandkid for service tech as well). Can't give a good report.
I cannot say enough good things about Ed and his team at Hometown Appliance. My GE washer went out, and they made no fewer than 4 trips (maybe more - I lost count) to my house until it was fixed. To say the repair was challenging would be an understatement but the entire time, Ed and his guys gave me the assurance that they would indeed get this fixed and kept me informed at all points during the process. Thank you Ed!
Ed was perfectly on time and figured out our refrigerator problem immediately. His repairs were done with care and precision and he made sure he left us with a quality fix. He's great to talk to and very courteous as well. I highly recommend him!
