Wanted to support local small business. Ed came out 7 times over 5 months and couldn't repair my icemaker. Finally gave up. Told me he'd hook me up with the local frigidaire people to call. Never heard back from him w a simple ph. number. 5 mos. no ice. $250 wasted. (he needs to replace his grandkid for service tech as well). Can't give a good report.
