I am actually changing my rating on my service. After further inspection, I realize that Hugo actually did not reinstall my dishwasher correctly. If anything, he made it slightly worse. It is now outside of the dish space, off the hinge, and will not open completely. When we tried to open it the first time After his service, we noticed it did not open completely. That’s when we noticed it completely off-line, and causing damage to our new kitchen cabinets. Pretty pissed off, especially since he was talking so negatively about how it was installed the first time.. Not Happy.

Response was quick. Every person I had contact with was friendly, helpful, and understood my needs. Paul showed up on time, found the issue, and repaired it immediately. Paul was very professional, great with my dog, and explained everything to me. I really appreciated the contact regarding my appointment. I received messages for scheduling, as well as updates, providing me the exact time Paul would be responding. My work was under warranty. I didn't have to make excess calls or banter about the work. Thank you for a great experience!
