Hoffman Brothers was very courteous, they were very precise, very professional and after installing my new washer and dryer, they gave me an overview on the instructions and how to operate my new washer and dryer. They hauled away the old units and everything is working perfectly. I would recommend Hoffman Brothers every single time. Hoffman Brothers gave me more than my home warranty company could replace….my warranty company sent me a check to replace my washer, but wasn’t able to haul it away…..Hoffman Brothers did! Thank you soooo much!!!!

All was great from start to finish. At 3:00 this morning I chatted with Hoffman AI and received a call before 7:30. I was able to get a morning appointment and Tyler was wonderful. He was very friendly and engaging and he provided great service to check all my HVAC and electical concerns, and even replaced my furnace filter for me that I had on hand, and educated me without pressure of their maintenance subscription program that I might consider. Thank you!
