At the first sign of a Spring bug, I call StL Pest Control and really appreciate that they have appts available on Saturdays. Larry was my technician this time and he did a great job because he took into account that I have had spiders in the Spring before. He used some spray powder in the basement which seems like it will be much more effective than just the spray. I’ll be sleeping easier knowing my house is protected for a few months!
These guys are great and very kind. Scheduling was really easy, they text you when they’re on their way. I showed Cameron the general area I thought a squirrel was infiltrating my walls and he found the access point pretty much immediately. Sat down a trap. Caught a squirrel maybe two hours later. Another guy came out today to pick up that squirrel and set down another trap (I didn’t get his name otherwise I’d give him a shout out!!). They also got me set up with another local wildlife company to inspect my property for other entry points that might require attention, which I really appreciate! I’ll be calling back about any future issues for sure!
We LOVE STL Pest Control! We had some mice and ants coming inside and they were taken care of after several visitors. Lee Mikel is the best technician and gives great information about services and how we can reduce mice and ants in our house. Highly recommend!
Amazing! David came out the day after seeing a house mouse inside and walked through the space to identify entry points to seal and put out poison. A follow-up visit confirmed the mouse had not returned! Very kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and curtious to answer all of my questions about mice and pests in general. I don't handle pests well AT ALL and STL Pest Control helped give me much needed peace of mind.
Chavis was amazing! He did a thorough inspection, provided solutions right during his visit & will do a follow up. Loved his service! I’ll also add that Sue was so helpful setting up an appointment the next day!
