Hoffman Concrete LLC

They did a patio for me in early 2020. I found Mark to be a nice guy at first and I was happy with the color of the patio. However, as I brought up issues to Mark, I was just told that’s how stamped concrete works. There are places where the stamping wasn’t done correctly. The biggest issue though, is that the patio has been consistently sinking, as shown in the photos. I reached out when it had only sunk about an inch - no response. It’s now almost three inches and there’s a crack running along the entire patio. I have a tripping hazard coming in and out of my patio. No response from Mark. I of course am out of warranty but you would think he would stand by his work. This sinking shouldn’t happen.
