Great experience end to end! Trevor is very professional yet easy to work with. I went from a dirty house one day to fresh clean house a couple days later. So much easier than pressure washing myself, and the finished product looks better and the process is easier on my house. Highly recommended!
Outdoor Professional Services was recommended to me by a good friend whose advice is ALWAYS reliable. She raved about the dependability and thoroughness of the snow clearance service and added that Trevor is simply NICE. Speaking for myself and my husband (from whose hands I have finally succeeded in removing the snow shovel), she was 100% correct. On the day after we signed up, it snowed, and the snow and ice were gone from our drive and walk when we got up the next morning. As we age (further), this decision will continue to lift a weight off our shoulders.
Trevor did a great job! He was very responsive when I called and asked for a quote. He called me back quickly and gave me an idea of what it would cost and even sent a video clip showing a comparable job. He followed up with a text providing a date and where I needed to blow the leaves so he could suck them up. He came in the morning picking everything up and leaving the area leaf free, even sent a video clip showing the finished job. I was very pleased and will be using Trevor again.
