Chris is an obvious expert in his field, extremely responsive, and very professional. His prices are more than reasonable, sets a realistic expectation, and for a meager $59 he can absolutely promise a same day repair so long you provide the parts beforehand. He is my go to for my pc needs, and he is going to rebuild my brother's outdated pc as well! I look forward to doing more business with him in the future!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Chris was fantastic to work with. My PC had a frustrating random shutdown problem, and he went above and beyond to track it down. He responded quickly, worked around my schedule, and kept me fully informed every step of the way. He even extended my warranty so he could keep diagnosing the issue, which says a lot about his commitment to helping his customers and standing behind his work. As someone who games heavily, I especially appreciated that he tried to get my PC back to me before the weekends so I could test it properly. Super knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with, I’d absolutely recommend him!!!
Chris came to my rescue when a program I was using deleted the keyboard drivers on my laptop. He had to completely reload Windows. He managed to save all my documents. He also installed a safer cleaning program for me to use. Great service for a very reasonable price!
