Extremely frustrated dealing with their unprofessional manner. My father’s water went out so I contacted American Home Shield that referred this company. My father is basically bling and can not text. All communication was through text and each time I called the company they ignored or missed each call but responded with texts. After explaining my concern that them not answering calls but responding over text made me worry about it possibly being a scam. The company expects payment of hundreds of dollars before even doing or looking at the job so my concern is very valid. I explained that it was weird that they don’t answer calls but will text and then she instead of calling chose to laugh through text about the fact that I was worried it might be a scam. Extremely unprofessional and feel sorry for elders that cannot text will not be able to use their services. I refuse to pay for a service for hundreds on dollars when the company cannot make a simple call back and then laughs at the customer.

I would avoid this company at all costs! Our warranty company assigned HM and it was a mess from the start. First NO customer service! They texted me for details and would not respond when the day and time they requested didn’t work for me. I had to call them 5 different times for information and they NEVER once called me back! The tech that came over tried to unclog the pipe for 10 minutes before giving up and starting that I will need to have a clean out installed in the basement. He left a huge mess of ruined towels, water under my sink and didn’t even reattach the pipe all the way! I went from having a kitchen sink that worked if you were gentle to no sink or dishwasher the week before Thanksgiving!!! The report to the warranty company took three days with me calling and leaving messages each day (that they never responded to). When that was approved they said they couldn’t get back to me until Tuesday (which I only knew from having the warranty company get ahold of them!) I called another company that came out right away and fixed the issue in 30 minutes!!! Oh and I did already have a clean out which HM never even checked!!! Call Reaper Plumping instead!!!
