High Ridge Shell Automotive Repair

I've had an issue with my Subaru Impreza 2020 that two Subaru dealerships couldn't figure out and ended up dismissing my concerns. I met Steve and after just a few minutes, he was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it in a few days. This issue was driving me crazy, and I'm thankful that Steve was able to help. The receptionist, Nefertia, was also very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back here if I have more problems down the road.

I needed an oil change on my way to work, so I decided to stop by this mechanic shop with my Mercedes, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, Steve & Nefertiti were very professional and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by not only completing the oil change but also thoroughly checking over my car to make sure everything was running perfectly. I had a flat tire and my car became un-drivable. I needed to find a local mechanic and I wound up at Shell and met Steve and Nefertia. I could not be more grateful to them. They are extremely knowledgeable, with impeccable service. There is no price gouging and they are completely up front with all repairs and costs. Beyond their service and pricing, they are truly exceptional human beings. I trust them completely with my vehicles and my family are now lifelong customers. On every level, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic. I was traveling from PA to MA when my car broke down in CT. This was the closest mechanic so I stopped by to see if they could help me. Leo happily looked at my car and then called the owner Steve to come down and check it out. He was able to get parts the same day and work on my vehicle even late in the after noon. Unfortunately the new parts didn’t diagnose my issue so I had to leave my car there for a few days.
