I highly recommend Hank May’s Stamford! I took my truck in for service to have them check if I needed new brakes and to get the alignment checked as well. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they welcomed me right away. I had a detailed conversation with Fritz, the manager, about my concerns regarding the brakes. I didn’t want to settle for off-brand parts, and I made it clear that I wanted something that matched or exceeded the current standards for my truck. Fritz was patient with my questions and really put my mind at ease by explaining the quality of their brake materials and the importance of getting the alignment right. He also made sure to pass all the details of our conversation on to the technician. I left my truck with them, and within two hours, they called to let me know that I didn’t need new brakes, but my alignment was slightly off, which they fixed. What really stood out to me was their honesty—it's rare to find that these days. I've since told everyone I know about their exceptional customer service, patience, and integrity. It's such a relief to finally have a mechanic I can trust with my vehicle.
