Andrew Fails
After someone else snaked my line and told me it all needed to be replaced, Higgins came out for a second estimate, was able to get their camera past where the first company did, and then was able to actually properly clear all of the roots from the line. The first company only cleared maybe an inch wide gap of roots, so it would very quickly clog again, whereas Higgins used a variety of tools to clean the entire width of the pipe. They even sent me YouTube links to the video afterwards so I could see the difference. Total professionals.

Mark and his young helper who assisted are such pros, and super nice guys. We've used Higgins for years and will continue for our older neighborhood home.
