I have an older F150 and had a caliber seized up on my way from greenbrier county to Kanawha county. I pulled off the road, googled my location and found that they were only a few miles away…I called and thankfully they agreed to take me in. They fixed the issue quickly and were reasonably priced. We broke a brake line on vacation and received a recommendation to try Hico Auto Diesel, LLC. We called and explained the situation and they fit us right in. Not only did they fit us in, but they provided shuttle service to and from our camping site while we waited for the repair. They are courteous, efficient, and a great value. I can't say enough about how pleasant our experience was here.

Driving a 6.5 GM diesel camper, we realized our oil level was low before returning home on a 800 mile trip. We pulled into their lot, they were closed, and STILL helped us out by filling our oil tank and selling us the remainder of a bottle for us to keep on hand. They were incredibly professional and very accommodating. We appreciate how they recommended the best oil type for our vehicle.
