Hicks’ Computers & Tech Shoppe

I dropped my laptop while working from home recently and was in a panic. I called our IT support at the office and was assured it would take 5-7 business days to get a replacement in stock at a repair place in Tallahassee and that I'd have to leave it for at least 2 hours. I didn't have that time and thought I would try a local place instead - I called Hick's and Jordan told me to bring it in, he had a screen in stock. I drove immediately from Cairo and I kid you not the entire removal and install took 11 minutes TOTAL. I was able to do the whole thing over my lunch break including travel time. While there, I also saw him assist two other customers as well over the phone. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and I learned they can do reboots of software and also sell computers and systems as well. I wish I had known sooner, and we will always use them from now on. I have plans to take an older computer to him soon that I had given up on. The price was more than reasonable and even my IT guy back at the office was in awe when I told him what good service I had received. Hick's is hands down the best around!
