Had a great experience!!! Shane picked up my laptop from my home and brought it back to me within a week. This was so convenient with having three kids at home. Im super glad to have my laptop back. My son managed to break the dc jack and I've been out of a laptop for a year. I procrastinated about getting it fixed because of how much the Best Buy Geek Squad charged just to look at it ($150). Shane was able to fix it within a week for $159 including parts and labor. Thank you again!!!

I have an HP All-in-One Touchsmart computer that unfortunately stopped working within a year after purchasing. I let it sit for awhile but decided to see if it was fixable at a reasonable price. Shane was recommended to me by a long-time friend, and I’m so glad he was.
