Heath's Ace Hardware

This is a terrible Ace. I placed a pickup order after confirming over the phone with an employee that the item was in stock. I told him I was driving 60 miles one way and asked if he would please put eyes on the item. I was put on hold and he returned saying he put eyes on the item to go ahead and place the order so I did. An hour later I receive a call from the store that the item I ordered was not available. Steve McDermott needs to train and educate his employees not to lie. I am an Ace Reward member with many high end purchases made. I will not ever buy from this location again and I suggest you who is taking the time to read my review do the same. Shame on Robert Heath and David Petell for employing such irresponsible people.

Sunday Morning December 21st at 615 AM , I was curbed due to a "privileged" individual on a bicycle..GRRR....PMO. My fairly new tires one had a huge gash. Dark, cold, can't get lugs nuts off said tire. Then from out of no where stands a Christmas Angel for me. Steve McDermott Store Manager in Laconia NH. He came to my rescue, he jacked it all up stabilized it and then changed out my tire. I thanked him SO many times and how grateful I was for him being here. He runs a great store in Laconia as well, they are always polite and helpful. Thank you again Steve.
